#diagnosis:-
-bactirial infection of skin &SC tissue
Swelling , redness , hotness especially in lower limb
(التهاب واحمرار وسخونية غالبا في الرجل والقدم )
-erysipelas:superficial infection + well defined border
-cellulitis : deeper infection +ill defined border
(التفرقة بينهم بتبقى صعبة شوية لكن العلاج واحد )
###قد تأتي اعراض دور البرد قبل الاصابة بأيام '###
Treatment
1-رفع الساقين بقدر الامكان للتقليل من التورم
2-systemic anti edematous
Alphintern tab
Contain "trypsin&chemotrypsin"
"قرص 3 مرات يوميا قبل الاكل بساعة
3-systemic antibioticAugmentin 1gm tab
#effective B-lactame inhibitor contain "amoxicillin+clavulinic acid"
"قرص كل 12 ساعة لمدة أسبوع"
### in sever cases use Ceporex 1gm vial
Contain "cephalexin"
"حقنة كل 12 ساعة لمدة يومين ثم أقراص كل 12 ساعة لمدة 10 ايام "
***precautions for cephalxin
*patient allergic to penicillin cross senstivity reactions may occur
*reduce the dose in case of impaired renal function patient
*false +ve reaction for glucose in urine
4-Local antibiotic
Fucidin ointment
Contain "Na fusidate 2%"
"دهان صباحا ومساء"
5-Local anti edematous
Reparil gel
Contain"aescin 1% + heparin calciumoid 1% + di ethylamine salicylate 5%"
**aescin :- prevent & treat various peripheral vascular disorder
