Each hard gelatin capsule contains:-
-ferrous fumarate.......73 mg equivalent to iron 24 mg
-zinc sulphate .H2O......27.4 mg equivalent to zinc 10 mg
-copper sulphate .H2O...2.5mg eqivalent to copper 900mcg
-folic acid .....500 mcg
-vitamin B12.....2mcg
-vitamin B6.......2 mg

-iron is an essential mineral that is required for formation of hemoglobin which carries oxygen to the tissues where it is used for releasevof energy from food.
-الحديد هو معدن ضروري لتكوين الهيموجلوبين الذي يحمل الأكسجين للأعضاء والذي يستخدم لإطلاق الطاقة من الطعام .
-Feroglobin contains as well vitamin B6 works in surgery with vitamin B12 and folic acid to help maintain healthy lower levels of amino acid hemocysteine -an independent factor in healthy heart
-فيروجلوبين ب12 يحتوي أيضا على فيتامين ب6 الذي يعمل سويا مع فيتامين ب12 وحمض الفوليك للمساعدة في الحفاظ على مستوى منخفض للحمض الأميني هيموسيستين وهو عامل مستقل لسلامة القلب .
