-كل كبسولة تحتوي على فينلافاكسين هيدروكلورايد 86 مجم المكافيء للفينلافاكسين 75مجم
2-pharmacological action" الخواص الدوائية"
-venlafaxine and its active metabolite O-desmethyl venlafaxine "ODV" are potent inhibitors of neuronal serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake and weak inhibitors of dopamine reuptake.
-تعد مادة الفينلافاكسين والمادة الناتجة عن ايض الفينلافاكسين "ODV" هما عبارة عن مواد قوية مانعة لإعادة امتصاص كلا من السيراتونين والنور ابينيفرين، كما أنهما مواد ضعيفة مانعة لإعادة امتصاص الدوبامين
3-indications "دواعي الاستعمال"
-venlafaxine is an extended release formulation is indicated for the treatment of depression, and generalized anxiety disorder "GAD" and for the treatment of social anxiety disorder, also known as social phobia.
-مادة الفينلافاكسبن في صورة كبسولات ممتدة المفعول تستخدم في علاج حالات الاكتئاب، وحالات الاعتلال المزاجي الناتجة عن مختلف أنواع القلق ولعلاج الاضطراب النفسي الاجتماعي.
4-dosage and administration "الجرعة "
-one capsule to be taken once daily with or without food, in the morning or in the evening at approximately the same time each day.
-dose increments should be in 75mg /day and should be made at intervals of not less than 4days.
-dosage may be increased up to 150 mg /day.
-تم صياغة هذا المستحضر الدوائي في صورة كبسولات ممتدة المفعول وعلى هذا النحو فإنه يستخدم مرة واحدة يوميا.
-كبسولة واحدة تؤخذ مع الطعام او بدونه، يمكن تناولها ف الصباح او المساء ويفضل تناولها في نفس التوقيت يوميا.
-من الممكن زيادة الجرعة بمقدار 75مجم في اليوم على فترات متباعدة لا تقل عن 4ايام، من الممكن زيادة الجرعة إلى 150 مجم/يوم.
5-contraindications"موانع الاستعمال"
-hypersenstivity to venlafaxine or any other component of the product
-concomitant use in patients taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors"MAOI"
-لا يستعمل في حالة وجود حساسية لمادة الفينلافاكسبن
-لا يستعمل مع أي من الأدوية المثبطة لعمل انزيم
المونو أمين اوكسيديز.
6-pregnancy and lactation "الحمل والرضاعة"
it's pregnancy category C.
-there are no adequate and well controlled studies in pregnant women.
-used only if clearly needed.
lactation :venlafaxine and ODV are excreted in breast milk.
-decide to discontinue nursing or discontinue the drug, taking into your account the importance of the drug to the mother.
-الحمل: لا توجد دراسات كافية على استخدام هذه المادة مع السيدات في مرحلة الحمل لذلك يستخدم عند الضرورة القصوى.
-الرضاعة :مادة الفينلافاكسبن تفرز في لبن الام، ونتيجة لخطورته على الأطفال الرضع يجب اتخاذ قرار بإيقاف الرضاعة او بإيقاف تناول الدواء.
7-side effects "الأعراض الجانبية"
-the most common adverse events occurring at an incidence of 2% or more extended release venlafaxine treated patients include (asthenia, sweating, nausea , constipation, anorexia, vomiting, dry mouth, dizziness, nervousness, anxiety, tremors, abnormal vision, abnormal ejaculation and impotence in men.
-تشمل الأعراض الجانبية التي تحدث بنسبة 2% او أكثر الاتي:
- الوهن، تعرق، غثيان، إمساك، فقدان شهية، قيء، ميل للنوم، جفاف الفم، دوخة، عصبي ، قلق، رعشة، اضطراب الرؤية ، اضطراب القذف، العجز الجنسي عند الرجال.
